POWER OFF THE PUMP BEFORE ANY OPERATION.

1. Problem: Pump does not deliver water or does not deliver water to full capacity
Possible Cause: Pump reversely installed
Possible Remedy: Adjust rotating direction.

Possible Cause: Pipe or impeller clogged
Possible Remedy: Unclog or clean impeller or pipe

Possible Cause: Outlet valve not opened or not opened to full capacity
Possible Remedy: Check valve

Possible Cause: Water level too low or liquid level switch wrongly fixed
Possible Remedy: Check liquid level switch

Possible Cause: Sealing ring worn
Possible Remedy: Replace sealing ring

Possible Cause: Pumping liquids of high gravity or viscosity
Possible Remedy: Change working condition

Possible Cause: Impeller coming loose or damaged
Possible Remedy: Tighten or replace impeller

2. Problem: Pump runs abnormally due to vibration and noises

Possible Cause: Rotor or impeller unbalanced.
Possible Remedy: Contact Pump Company for verification or substitution

Possible Cause: Bearing worn
Possible Remedy: Replace bearing

Possible Cause: Coupler not properly fixed or pump not properly coupled
Possible Remedy: Check coupler

Possible Cause: Pump reversely installed
Possible Remedy: Adjust rotating direction

3. Problem: High current, overload or overheated, protection device alerts.

Possible Cause: Low voltage
Possible Remedy: Adjust voltage

Possible Cause: Impeller clogged
Possible Remedy: Unclog or clean impeller

Possible Cause: More deviation of capacity and head for rated capacity and head
Possible Remedy: Adjust capacity and head

Possible Cause: Bearing worn
Possible Remedy: Replace bearing

Possible Cause: More wetness in motor cavity
Possible Remedy: Check leaking Cause and stove motor

4. Problem: Indicator for upper water-leaking lights

Possible Cause: Loose sealing gland for sealing wire
Possible Remedy: Tighten sealing gland

Possible Cause: Cable damaged or worn
Possible Remedy: Replace cable

5. Problem: Indicator for down-leaking lights

Possible Cause: Worn mechanical seal beside pump causing leaking
Possible Remedy: Replace mechanical seal

Possible Cause: Defective "O" seal ring causing leaking
Possible Remedy: Replace "O" seal ring

6. Problem: Testing oil-leaking probe alerts

Possible Cause: Worn mechanical seal beside motor causing leaking
Possible Remedy: Replace mechanical seal and stove motor.

Possible Cause: Loose plug causing leaking
Possible Remedy: Replace plug seal and stove motor

Possible Cause: Defective "O" seal ring causing leaking
Possible Remedy: Replace plug seal and stove motor

7. Problem: Shaft temp. Protection switch alerts

Possible Cause: Bearing lacking lubricating oil
Possible Remedy: Put lubricating-oil and stove motor

Possible Cause: Bearing worn
Possible Remedy: Replace bearing

Possible Cause: Shaft deviating
Possible Remedy: Contact service center or pump company for verification or substitution.
